The Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Paavai Engineering College has inaugurated the Department Association Activities and Aeromodelling Club On 04.12.2021 at Cute Hall. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, presided over the function and honored the chief guest with the memento. He insisted the importance of internships and how it guides the students towards job opportunities. Dr.R.Arravind HoD/AERO introduced the department association office bearers and Aeromodelling club bearers.
Mrs.D.Arul Jyothi, Admin Director, Central Board of Skill Development, Aeronautical Sector Skill Council, India, was the chief guest. In her talk, she elaborated her organization activities and the scope of opportunities for the young engineering graduates. Ms.S.Karthika, HR Manager, Central Board of Skill Development, Aeronautical Sector Skill Council, India was the guest speaker. She discussed about the skills which the current industry trend demands. In the presence of chief guest and the Principal, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed for internships, placements, consultancy projects and for establishing Center of Excellence in UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle).
