“COMPETENCIES FOR CAMPUS HIRING”, a guest lecture was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Paavai Engineering College on 28.08.2018 in Kalam’s Chamber at 10.00 A.M. The Function started with the prayer song. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal of Paavai Engineering College, presided over the function. While delivering the Presidential address, he discussed about the importance of campus recruitment and job opportunities. The Session was handled by, Mr.Rangarajan Raghavachari, Head HR & Admin,TAQA Power Pvt Ltd, Neyveli. He discussed about Entrepreneurship. He explained about BMI(Body-Mind-Intellect) to the students. He spoke about growth of Indian Economy and how the students involved themselves in the growth of Indian economy. He also discussed about various job opportunities. At the end of the session, the students were enlightened with valuable thoughts with good interaction with him and it helps them to enrich their knowledge in Campus hiring. The Faculty members and students of various departments were present in the session and the session ends with a vote of thanks proposed by our Final year student.
