The Department of Computer Science and Engineering Organized an Awareness Program on the title “Competitive Examinations” on 20.11.2021 at 2.30 P.M through the Microsoft Teams Platform. Mr. Vivekanandan Ragunathan Co-founder, Masters Academy, GATE educator, UN Academy was the guest speaker. The session was presided over by the Principal Dr. M.Premkumar and the presidential address was given by him. The welcome address was given by Kiruthika R.A, third year CSE and the guest speaker was introduced by Monal.K third year CSE. The guest speaker started the session by telling the importance of competitive exams. He further explained that there are huge number of opportunities available in government and private sectors when attempting for GATE exams and also how to prepare for these exams. He gave a brief description of how question papers will be prepared. Finally, there was a Question-Answer Session and the students were very interactive and shared a positive feedback. The session ended at 4.00 P.M with the vote of thanks proposed by Hemalatha.S third year CSE.
