The Department of Information Technology organized GUVI (Grab Ur Vernacular Imprint) Guest lecture programme on the title “Placement and Training” on 26.8.19 at Cute hall. The session was inaugurated by Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration at 10:00 a.m. In his presidential address, the Director Administration highlighted the importance of getting placed in “Two OS” companies such as Google, Yahoo and even Microsoft. Following the presidential address, the keynote address was given by the speaker Mr. Maheshwaran, GUVI trainee. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the Institution and the Management for their support. He shared many innovative ideas and many things related to IT field. In his lecture on Placement and Training, he also spoke about many interesting facts about emerging technology trends. He indicated placement related skills and explained in detail how the student should prepare for the interview and they must get trained. He insisted that life long learning and studying pattern will decide one’s success. He created a positive vibration throughout his lecture. The Head of the Department of Information Technology, the Faculty members took part in the event. Mr. A. Rishi Rahul, final year IT welcomed the gathering. After the vote of thanks, the program came to an end.
