Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Institutions Innovation Council organized A One Day Guest Lecture on “Entrepreneurship”. The session was inaugurated at Cute Hall by 10.30 a.m. and the function started with the prayer song. Mr.V.Kumarakrishnan AP/EEE, Coordinator,Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Paavai Engineering College welcomed the gathering. Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Paavai Institutions, presided over the function. In his presidential address, he insisted the students to utilize such guest lecture to improve their skills on entrepreneurship and he highlighted the importance of the entrepreneurship. The chief guest Mr.Rex Christi Raj and guest of honor Mrs.J.Amala Ruth (CEO- E-Planet) were honored by Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Paavai Institutions. The keynote address was given by the guest speaker Mr.Rex Christi Raj, Founder- S.S. AGROW TECH, Namakkal. He addressed that his journey started as a sales representative and then due to his patience, perseverance, self- confidence and hardwork and he elevated to the level of Business entrepreneur. He focused on the entrepreneurial thinking and illustrated with few real time examples. Then he elaborated on “Mindset Building” as a preparatory ground for the entire journey of becoming an Entrepreneur. He made all the students to realize the significance of developing entrepreneur skills. He rendered his heartfelt thanks to the Management, Director-Admin, Principal, HoD/EEE, EDC and faculty members of PEC for conducting guest lecture and inviting him. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the College for their support. The session ended around 01:00 p.m. with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.M.Hemamalini, Final year EEE department.
