The Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Paavai Engineering College has organized an online webinar on My Story -Motivational session by Successful Entrepreneur through Microsoft team’s platform on 28.10.2021 from 11.00a.m. to 12.30p.m.Rtn.James,CEO,TJ Private limited, HR of RARE minds Private limited, Salem was the resource speaker.
The welcome address was delivered by S.Keerthana, a third-year student of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal and President of IIC gave his presidential address. In his address, he emphasized the importance of organizing such programmes for the benefit of students. He also added that listening to motivational stories from successful entrepreneurs will kindle young minds to become future innovators and entrepreneurs.
Shanmathi.V from the second year ECE introduced the resource person. Rtn.James. CEO, TJ Private limited, HR of RARE minds Private limited, Salem.The session was continued with resource person talk. In his address, he explained the hurdles which he came across in his life to become a successful entrepreneur. He also discussed the numerous opportunities available for the students to become successful innovators and entrepreneurs. In addition, he enlightened the students with a few motivational stories. He also explicated the different ways to start and run a business. He emphasized the students to think of the mantra “Aim high to reach high”. Followed with his address, queries were posted by the students. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Shanmathi.V from second-year ECE.
Dr.K.SundaraMurthy, Vice President of IIC, Professor of Mechanical, Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Convener of IIC, Associate Professor of ECE and, Mr.S.Sathish, event organiser, Assistant Professor of ECE along with faculty members, internal and participants were also present in the meeting.
