Motivational speech on “purapadu puthumai sei”
On 24th October 2018, a special address on “purapadu puthumai sei” was conducted in Anandha Arangam at 2.30 pm. The programme commenced with the prayer song. Ms. B. Pavithra of I M.A. English welcomed the gathering. The Chairman of Paavai Institutions in his presidential address, insisted the students to be aware of everything that happens around them. Whatever situation or people they come across in their life definitely teaches a lesson which will be helpful and beneficial to face the outside world. He also assured that the Women Empowerment series 3 will succor them in all the ways in all the walks of their life. The Correspondent of Paavai Institutions felicitated the gathering. In her felicitation, she stated that physical appearance is only a tool to help the students to attain their goal and hence the students should not let others to identify them by their appearance. She also insisted the students to break the routines not the laws and not to fight with their negativity instead throw them away from their minds. She concluded her speech saying that students of Paavai have the potential to change the society and rule the world. Ms. P.Gangalakshmi of III B.A. English introduced the chief guest. The Guest speaker Mrs. Sheetal Gandhi, International Trainer motivated the students to be innovative by strictly following the CODES that is being Constructive, Original, Different, Ethical and Strange. She said that extraordinary things happen when students think out of box and rightly make use of their knowledge. She cited the lives of Oprah Winfrey, Saniya Mirza and Indira Nooyi, who broke the barriers of family, society and personal background and shone in their life by thinking differently. She also said that executing an idea with determination leads to perfection or success. She concluded her speech asking the students to gain the knowledge, grab the opportunity, break the barriers, chisel by shedding the mistakes, move on innovating and transform the community as a whole. Ms.N.Mounika of I M.A. English proposed the vote of thanks. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
