On 8th November 2023 the first internal activity of Paavai Speakers club for 2023 Batch Students was successfully completed with lots learning and experience. Especially for 1st years (2023 batch) it was the beginning activity for them in speakers club.
Totally 100 students from various departments of first year were assembled in front of Cute Hall at 1.45 PM, the event was started at 2.00 PM. Welcome address was given by R.Dhivyasri from 2nd year CSE. The students are very excited and enthusiastic.
Then we split the students into two different batches One batch was guided to Kalams Chamber for Spell Bee event and another batch was stayed back in Cute hall for Self Intro event. Within 3.30 PM the events are completed successfully with the guidance of Dr.Murshitha Banu Mam (Dean Academics) and Sujith Sir (Faculty Co-ordinator, Mechanical Department), then the batches were shifted each other and they participated in remaining event, In this manner all the 100 students were participated in both the events simultaneously.
Without any hesitation, the students urged themselves to give their all-round performance, The mistakes made by them in both the events are rectified on the spot and they learned lots on Effective Public Speaking and Words Pronunciation.
Finally, the students shared their feedback of today’s event and learnings, With this momentum the event concluded at 4.30 PM.
