MEGA SALES – CUM – EXHIBITION:
The “Self Help Groups College Bazaar 2020” was organized by the Department of Management Studies from 9.1.2020 to 11.01.2020. Dr. R. Mani, Project Director, Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission, Namakkal inaugurated the function. Mr. P.Jose Paul Vimal, student of 2nd MBA, delivered the welcome address. Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Paavai Educational Institutions presided over the function and delivered his presidential address. The chief guest Dr. R. Mani delivered the keynote address. He appreciated the students of Paavai Engineering College for their involvement in organizing the sales bazaar. He emphasized that the sales bazaar which was organized in Paavai Engineering College for the past 5 yrs has shown an increasing trend in the sales of 25% every year. He highlighted that this event will give an opportunity to the students to improve their management ability, marketing ability and strategic ability and finally they could emerge as future entrepreneurs. At the end of the session S.Keerthana, student of 2nd year ECE, proposed the vote of thanks. Assistant Project Co-ordinators, Mr.M.Santhaseelan and Mrs.S.Sharmila, other Project Co-ordinators of SHG, Dr.K.Selvi, Dean Academics of Paavai Engineering College, HOD’s, faculty members and students participated in the function.
