The Paavai Institution’s Innovation Council, Paavai Engineering College organized a Guest lecture on “Session on Achieving Problem: Solution Fit” on 22nd Jan, 2026 with Mrs. Radhika Elavarasan, HR Manager, IMAGECON INDIA, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, as the resource person. This Guest Lecture was coordinated by Dr.T.Arun kumar along with Mrs.S.Suganya and other faculty members. Ms.R.Abarna, Third Year, Biomedical engineering, Paavai Engineering College delivered the Welcome Address on the occasion. Ms.K.Muthukarpagam, Second year, Biomedical engineering student introduced the Guest Speaker Mrs. Radhika Elavarasan, HR Manager, IMAGECON INDIA, Salem, Tamil Nadu, and India. The guest speaker shared her knowledge about Problems and Solutions among the students and the faculty members with many examples. Also she explained participants to understand common challenges faced in academic, professional, and personal contexts, and to develop effective strategies to overcome them. The session emphasized critical thinking, problem identification, and practical solution-building skills. The session was very energetic, interactive and informative. She answered the questions raised by the students. The program came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr.S.Velmurugan, Second year, Biomedical Engineering student of Paavai Engineering College. The Management, Director-Admin, Principal and Staff members provided all the support to make the event a very successful one.
