The Department of Information Technology, in association with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), Paavai Engineering College, organized a motivational session titled “From Idea to Impact – Motivational Session by Successful Entrepreneur/Start-up Founder” on 24 January 2026.
The programme was presided over by Dr. M. PremKumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College. In his presidential address, he emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in today’s competitive world and shared valuable insights on transforming innovative ideas into successful business ventures that create long-term impact.
Mr T.Arunprakasam, CEO, Extromind Technologies and Mr K.Saravanan, Founder & Proprietor, Sahaa Technologies, was the resource person for the session. He shared his real-time entrepreneurial experiences and provided practical guidance on idea generation, business planning, overcoming challenges, and sustaining success in the market. His talk inspired students to think creatively and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
The objective of the session was to motivate and guide aspiring entrepreneurs by offering insights into the complete entrepreneurial journey—from the inception of an idea to its successful implementation and market impact. The session helped participants understand start-up culture, innovation, leadership, and business growth strategies.
The programme began with a warm welcome address by B.Prince Churchil, II Year B Section /IT. Faculty members and students actively participated in the event, making it highly interactive and engaging. Nearly 200 participants attended the session, contributing to its grand success. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by S.Deepsika, II Year A Section / IT.
