The MoU Endorsement Ceremony was conducted on 21 November 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Tata Hall, Paavai Educational Institutions, Pachal, Namakkal. The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri. Arul Nambi Dhamodharan, Founder and CEO of Edsols Innovations Pvt. Ltd., who delivered an inspiring keynote address during the ceremony. The event was graced by Shri. N. V. Natarajan, Chairman, and Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Educational Institutions.
The program commenced with a prayer and Tamilthai Vazhthu, presented by the students, setting a respectful and harmonious tone for the ceremony.
Following this, the Welcome Address was delivered by Subham Kumar Singh D, a student from II Year – IT, who greeted the guests and highlighted the significance of the event.
Smt. N. Mangai Natarajan delivered the Felicitation Address, highlighting the importance of academic–industry collaboration and emphasizing how the MoU will create new opportunities for students in terms of skill development, internships, and real-time projects. She encouraged students to actively engage with emerging technologies such as AI, data science, and digital innovation to stay competitive in the global landscape. She reminded them that the future belongs to individuals who combine technical knowledge, creativity, communication skills, and ethical responsibility.
Next, Ms. M. Janani, Assistant Professor, Department of Information Technology, provided an introduction to the organization, explaining its vision, activities, and the mutual benefits expected from the collaboration.
The highlight of the event was the signing of the MoU, carried out in the presence of the invited dignitaries. This formal signing symbolized the beginning of a constructive partnership aimed at innovation and skill development.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Arul Nambi Dhamodharan, Founder and CEO of Edsols Innovations Pvt. Ltd. He spoke about emerging technologies, industry expectations, and how such collaborations help bridge the gap between academics and real-world applications. He elaborated on the company’s vision and its commitment to nurturing young talent and empowering institutions through cutting-edge technological support. He assured students that the collaboration would create multiple learning pathways, including hands-on training, real-time projects, mentorship, and industry certification programs. Dr. Arul Nambi Dhamodharan also motivated the students to embrace continuous learning and to view challenges as opportunities.
The ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Nasifa A, a student from II Year – IT, who expressed gratitude to all the dignitaries, faculty members, and students for their support in making the event successful.
The event ended with the National Anthem, leaving the participants with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
