The Alumni Association Cell of Paavai Engineering College proudly organized a heartfelt Alumni Meet on 14th April 2024 at Dallas and Texas, USA, during the official international visit of Shri. CA. N.V. Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions. This meet was a part of the Chairman’s initiative to build global academic ties with top universities in the United States.
The gathering brought together alumni from various batches, accompanied by their families, in an evening that beautifully blended nostalgia, networking, and visionary discussions.
Highlights of the Meet:
- Meaningful Discussions: Alumni enthusiastically participated in dialogues with the Chairman about academic collaboration, industry partnerships, student internships, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. They also shared success stories and expressed their eagerness to support their alma mater from abroad.
- Chairman’s Address: Shri. N.V. Natarajan addressed the gathering with inspiring words, highlighting the vital role of alumni in enhancing Paavai’s global reputation. He called upon them to continue being ambassadors of Paavai and contribute through mentorship, guest lectures, and collaborative opportunities.
- Special Felicitation: As a token of appreciation, mementos were presented to all alumni by the Chairman, symbolizing the college’s gratitude and continued connection with its alumni family.
- Dinner & Fellowship: The event concluded with a grand dinner hosted by the Chairman, allowing everyone to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the evening in a warm, informal setting.
The alumni expressed appreciation for the opportunity to reunite and proposed the formation of a Dallas–Texas Alumni Chapter to coordinate future engagements and extend support to Paavai students and fresh graduates entering the U.S.
The meet was a remarkable step in reinforcing the spirit of the Paavai community, transcending borders and time. It was not only a reunion—it was a celebration of belonging, vision, and enduring pride.
