A highly informative webinar on “Dairy Processing & Quality Control: Innovation & Challenges” was successfully conducted on March 14, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. The event was efficiently coordinated and hosted by Ms. K.S. Subha and Mr. A. Meignanamoorthi, Assistant Professors (Agricultural Engineering). The session, attended by over 120 students, featured Ms. M. Ranjita, M.Tech. (Quality Control Engineer, Hatsun Agroproducts Ltd.) as the Guest Speaker.
The webinar commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. B. Kailashkumar (HoD, Department of Agricultural Engineering), followed by a detailed introduction of the resource person by the Student Secretary.
