The value-added product, Gongura Powder, was launched by our alumnus, Mr. Balasubramani, Manager – IGO, from the 2020-2024 batch, showcasing students’ entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to sustainability. This product aligns with one of the core values of Agricultural Engineering—Food Engineering and Product Development.
This initiative reflects an innovative approach to business, blending sustainability with market demands. The achievement highlights the quality education and mentorship provided by our department, further strengthening the bond between the institution and its graduates.
The event was organized in collaboration with Paavai Organic Farming and Paavai Velaan Mandram. Mr. U. Karthickeya coordinated the event, and the department faculty felicitated the gathering.
