The Department of Cyber Security, in association with the Institutions Innovation Council (IIC-PEC), EDC, and the Institution of Engineers, organized a guest lecture on “Recent Trends in Cyber Security Best Practices in Artificial Intelligence” on May 11, 2024. The resource person was Dr. T. Manikandan,Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Saveetha University, Chennai. S.Bnu, II-year Cybersecurity, gave the welcome address. Dr. P. Muthusamy, Head of the Department of Cyber Security and Master of Computer Applications, gave the presidential address and emphasized that the outcome of the learning process must be positive to enhance skills,gain knowledge, and become more efficient. S.Balamurugan, II-year Cyber Security, gave the resource person an introduction. The guest lecturer gave the key note address.

The valedictory function was conducted on May 11, 2024. The whole lecture was highly informative on cybersecurity. A total of 200 students attended this guest lecture. The students felt that this session was interactive and informative.
