The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council, organised an online Guest Lecture titled “Front End Fundamentals: Designing Interactive Web Experiences” on 24.05.2024. It was aimed at disseminating knowledge to students about the basics of Front End Fundamentals. The welcome address and the resource speaker introduction was given by Mr.S.Sri Sabari, Third year/ECE. Ms.M.Yuvashri M.E., Intern in Yarnscom India Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore was the Resource Speaker.
In her address, she started the guest lecture with the topic – Full Stack Development explained about different methods involved in Back End Development and its benefits, data base management system and front end development. She discussed the topics of HTML and its features. She also explained the Cascading Style Sheets, Inline CSS, Internal and External CSS. The students were able to acquaint themselves with the various applications of Web Fundamentals used in Front and Back End Developments. She engaged the students with basic programming fundamentals . Around 120 members participated in the online Guest Lecture. Queries were posted and it was clarified by the Resource Speaker.
The session ended with a Vote of Thanks by Ms.C.Agalya, II Year, ECE. Mr.S.Loganathan Assistant Professor ,ECE and Mrs.R.Bhuvaneshwari Assistant Professor, ECE organised the event. Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Professor and Head, ECE, also attended the lecture along with faculty members of ECE.
