A guest lecture on ‘Mechanical Engineering-Industrial Expectations’ was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Safety & Fire Engineering, Robotics & Automation, and the Resource Club on August 21, 2024.
This program provided foundational knowledge on manufacturing techniques and explored the various sectors with a wide scope for mechanical engineers. The resource person for the event was Mr. Muthuramalingam D., Senior Manager – L&D, Laxmi Machine Works Ltd, Coimbatore. He is a renowned industrialist actively working on real-time problems.
In his presidential address, the HoD urged the participants to seize this opportunity to gain insight into the various sectors and positions that are available for engineering skills.
