The Department of Mechatronics Engineering, in association with Book Bytes International Publications, Paavai Engineering College, organized a One Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Emerging Trends in Sustainable Engineering and Technology Research” on April 15, 2025. The session aimed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of faculty members and researchers regarding the latest advancements in sustainable engineering and technological practices.
The session was graced by Mrs. Monalisa Pattanayak, Head of the Department of MBA, SFC, Shailabala Women’s Autonomous College, Cuttack, Odisha, who served as the resource person. With her profound expertise in interdisciplinary research and sustainable development practices, she delivered an insightful session highlighting the growing importance of sustainability in modern engineering and technological innovations.
Mrs. Pattanayak emphasized the critical need for academic researchers and faculty members to adopt sustainable approaches in their research activities.
