The Department of Management Studies, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous), organized a Webinar on “Financial Goals and Discipline” on 26th August 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in virtual mode.
The Master of Ceremony, Mr. M. Kabil, II Year MBA, warmly welcomed the gathering. Dr. N. Swarnalatha, Head of the Department of MBA, Paavai Engineering College, felicitated the participants with her motivational speech, highlighting the qualities required for youth to set financial goals and emphasizing the importance of financial discipline for MBA students.
Ms. K. Hemaprabha, II Year MBA, introduced the guest speaker, Mr. R. Mohan Kumar, Ex-Banker, Financial Planner, and SEBI Smart Trainer, who led the session.
Mr. R. Mohan Kumar delivered an insightful address on the significance of financial goal-setting and the practice of financial discipline. His session inspired students to adopt structured approaches toward managing their finances, leaving them motivated and intellectually enriched. He also interacted with the participants and clarified their doubts, making the session engaging and impactful.
Finally, Ms. S. V. Sowmiya, II Year MBA, delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the guest speaker, faculty members, and participants for making the session a success.
