The Alumni Association Cell of Paavai Engineering College had organized the reunion of alumni meet for the passed out batches of 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 on 12.06.2022 at Kalams chamber, Paavai Engineering College on 12.06.2022.
All the students started to assemble from 9:00 am in the college campus and they expressed that they were happy to come back to their Almamater. The meeting started by 11:00am in the presence of Chairman, Correspondent, Director Administration, Director Admissions, Principal, HoDs and Faculty members.
Firstly, Principal Sir, welcomed the gathering through his words of grace. In the presidential address, Chairman Sir welcomed the alumni family and also shared his future plans for the growth of Paavai. He also welcomed the views and suggestions given by alumni to carry forward. Correspondent Madam felicitated the gathering with her words of simplicity and shared her views and experiences on how to lead a happy and peaceful family life. She also insisted that compromises and acceptances of few things will make our life still better and to have healthy relationships. Then our alumnus relished their memories they had experienced during their college life.
To mention a few alumni, Surya from the Civil department of batch 2014 expressed that he had learnt many life skills at Paavai and Chairman Sir is, his inspiration in his life to become the person who he is.
Secondly Jananibai from the Department of ECE of batch 2016 and a memeberof Paavai Cadet Corps (PCC) shared her experience of trekking from the inspiration of PCC. Then Krishnamoorthy from CSE department 2016 batch stressed that “Own our words and deeds” – Paavai mantra is his life mantra. Likewise many students came forward and shared their experiences of how Paavai has moulded them to be what they are.
Many quoted that Chairman Sir and Correspondent Madam are a role model in their life. The meeting ended with the Vote of thanks by Mrs. P. Renukadevi Associate Professor/CSE, Alumni coordinator. All of them were happy to take part in the fellowship lunch and it ended with a group photo session.
