On behalf of Paavai Engineering College, the Department of Aeronautical Engineering in association with Aeromodelling Club organized an online guest lecture on the topic ‘Trends in Aeronautical field and Aviation Data Analytics Techniques’ through Microsoft teams. The lecture was by the eminent resource person Vijayaragunathaboopathy Natarajan, Associate Manager – Engineering Collins Aerospace. From his lecture the students understood the recent requirement from the Aeronautical industry and also, they learnt about the importance of subjects like Engineering Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Aircraft Propulsion and also the Engineering Mechanics, Strength of materials and Fluid dynamics. Principal, Head of the Department, Faculty members and the students from first year to final Aeronautical attended the session. In total 100 members attended the session. The welcome address was delivered by Kokila.G III/Aero, Chief guest introduction was given by Rajeshwari.T II/Aero, the vote of thanks was proposed by Elakkiya.S II/Aero the MC was taken care by Jannai.G II/Aero and the event was coordinated by Mr.G.Sasi, Assistant Professor of Aeronautical Department.
