A Seminar on the topic “Design innovation for successful career in the fields of Aeronautics, Space and Defence for Aeronautical Engineers” was organized by the Department of Aeronautical Engineering in association with Aeronautical Sector Skill council on 06/03/2024 from 10.30 AM To 01.00 PM. Mr.Dhanish Abdul Khader, Space system Engineer (Analytics), SS Technologies, Banglore was the Guest Speaker. The aim of the event was to introduce students to the latest career advancements in software within the realms of Aeronautics, Space, and Defence, specifically targeting Aeronautical Engineers, along with the corresponding array of career opportunities available. The Welcome address and chief guest introduction was delivered by R.Yuvaraj, student of Final Year Aeronautical Engineering. Dr. M. PREMKUMAR, Principal of Paavai Engineering College encouraged the students to look beyond the syllabus to improve the knowledge and thank the resource person for the valuable inputs.
In his guest address Mr.Dhanish Abdul Khader explained about the recent advancements in design and challenges of the Career opportunities in India. He pointed out the procedure for applying new design software to test the aerodynamic structures with new Ansys sytem tool kit software. He also listed the companies providing job opportunities in the field of Design and testing. Around 100 participants attended the Seminar in Cute hall. Queries were asked and it was clarified by the resource speaker.
The session ended with a vote of thanks by of Aeronautical Engineering. The event was K.Abil, student of Final Year Aeronautical Engineering. The programme convened by Professor & Head, Dr.R.ARRAVIND and Co-ordinated by S.Suthagar, Assistant professor of Aeronautical Engineering.
