Chief guest Mr. Balaji Ramachandran, Chief Executive Officer of Noob Tron Private Limited and Mr. Varadharajan Saranathan, Sr. Manager and Scientific Co-ordinator of Noob Tron Private Limited, Chennai, has taken a lecture on topic “Ethics of Research Practices and Biopharma Bench Marking Forum Report” for Third year and Final Year students in Kalam Chamber. He is the prominent name in the of Advanced Ballistics and Defence Technologies. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he has been involved in material research, making him more than capable of understanding the problems in the core industries and finding suitable solutions. As a chief product specialist, he carefully supervises every aspect of product development in addition to developing technical strategies, he carefully strategies and roadmaps. He is an NDT Level II Inspector as per SNTC-1A Standards and an ISO Lead Auditor, Which Speakers Volumes about his ability to detect quality issues in products. He has gained practical experience in responsible position to gain knowledge in the field of engineering, and he has been involved in 70+ Research publications in renowned Scopus and SCI-E Indexed Journals and operating as Reviewer at Pueblo London Journal and served as a Reviewer for DRDO-DSJ (Defence Science journal,) Ministry of Defence and awarded by DESIDOC. He is also contributed his work as an organising Committee Member, Editor, Reviewer, Research, Engineer and in many other dynamic positions reflecting his deep commitment to research and academics. Being a hard- working and result- oriented individual, he has the ability to prioritize work in an effective manner to achieve success in his expertise.

And he discussed about the real- world examples of ethical challenges in the industry and how they were addressed.
