The Department Centre for Research & Innovation and IQAC are organized “A Three Day Hands-on Training on Applications of Optimization Techniques uses MATLAB” on 20.02.2024 – 22.02.2024. Dr.M.Premkumar, the Principal, presided over the function and insisted on the importance of optimization techniques application and how to utilize MATLAB for achieving the above in research work and real-time problems.
The guest speaker Dr.V.Ganapathy, an Eminent Professor, from Chennai. He has highlighted the need and importance of optimization techniques using MATLAB for solving engineering problems. He demonstrated some of the real-time engineering problems and explained how to utilize the various tools in the MATLB to solve engineering problems. In his hands–on- training the participants practiced various problems like Fuzzy, ANN, ACO, etc.
Earlier Dr.I.Rajendran, Dean – of Research & Innovation welcomed the gathering, Ms.Niarajana Devi B Assistant Professor, Biomedical introduced the chief guest and, Mrs. Ms.M. Sathya Assistant Professor, Mathematics proposed the vote of thanks.
