A one-day Guest Lecture on the title “BUILDING DRAWING USING REVIT ARCHITECTURE” was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering in association with Paavai Civil Engineering Association, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) on 11.03.2024. Mr.Dhanush Third year student welcomed the gathering., Ms.P.N.Thenswetha, Final year student introduced the chief guest.
Dr.I.Rajendran,Dean R & I Paavai Engineering College delivered his presidential address on this event, he elaborated about the importance of the Revit Architecture,
Er.E.Shankar Sengottaiyan, M.E.,NITTSD (TNSDC Trainer), Administrative officier, ETS Academy, Erode was the guest speaker. He briefed about the various software like Stekch up, Rhino, E-tabs, Tekla, live sketch, Revit architecture, blender software and also explained about VASTHU. Faculty members and students were actively participated in the Guest Lecture and queries from the students were effectively replied by the speaker. Feedbacks by the students were received.
Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms.R.Sharumathi, Final year student and the session was very interactive and knowledgeable.
Prof.K.Sharmiladevi, HoD/Civil, Mrs.B.Karthiga,AP/Civil and Mrs.B.Kiruthika,AP/Civil Faculty coordinators along with faculty members and around 80 participants were present in Guest Lecture.
