The Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Institution’s Innovation Council organised a workshop on the topic “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career Opportunity” on 30.11.2023. The objective of this workshop was to provide knowledge about AI Economy which will be helpful for developing their skills and to give ideas to become an entrepreneur.
The welcome address was given by Selvi R.Dhivyasri, II Year/CSE. The presidential address was given by Dr.I.Rajendran, Dean R&I, Paavai Engineering College. He insisted us to do focus on the small things that makes the drastic changes around us and creates an innovator in us. He has been encouraging and supporting us by conducting various events to develop our knowledge and to step up in our career. Earlier Selvi P. Dhivyashree, II Year/CSE, introduced the Chief Guest.
Mr. Giridharan Palanisamy, Founder, ZautoAI, Salem commenced the session with a quote “AI is the tool to amplify human creativity and ingenuity”. He highlighted the opportunities and role of AI Economy. He has discussed the topics such as AI Engineering, AI Evangelist, AI Educator and AI Entrepreneur. He carried out the session with a real example of his own product which is going to glow in the future and also, he said that “Forget where you are from and what others will think, do hard work”. This motivated ourselves to bloom out from this competitive society with confidence. He concluded the session by insisting the participants to run over the goal until we succeed. The vote of thanks was delivered by Selvan K.Ebin Andrews, II Year/CSE. A total of 210 students, the faculty members, EDC and IIC Coordinators attended this workshop.
