The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized the Fine arts club event titled “Art Drawing-Save Water’’ on 29th March 2023 from 2.00 p.m – 4.30 p.m. The event was a drawing competition. It was attended by 55 students from all the departments of Paavai Engineering College. Dr.V.Annapoorani, Professor, MCA Department, Paavai Engineering College was the Jury. She encouraged the students to participate in these type of events to bring out their inherent talents. She also appreciated the efforts taken by the department to carry out regular club activities.
The event was conducted in the Main Building ECE department Smart Class room No.M213. Dhanush.A from the Second year CSE Department got first place. Mr.G.Nandhakumar, Fine Arts Club coordinator along with student coordinators S.Sretharssene from final year, M.Dineshkumar from the third year ECE organized the event. Dr.M.Sudha, HoD, ECE was the Convenor of the event. Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Associate Professor, ECE, Association Coordinator, Faculty members from ECE, and other members of the Fine Arts club attended the event. As per the feedback collected from the students, they felt it was an opportunity to showcase their talents and improve their art skills.
