Paavai Engineering college along with Department of food technology & Institution’s Innovation Council conducted an Expert Talk on “PROCESS OF INNOVATION, DEVELOPMENT & TECHNOLOGY READINESS LEVEL” on 27.02.2024 (Tuesday) for food and pharmaceutical technology students. The resource person of the day Mr. Gowtham Krishnamoorthy, Nutz Technovation Pvt Ltd., Erode enlightened the students with the difference between a Startup and a Business. He explained the process of New product Development. He also enlightened the students about new innovations and updates of various Food based startups and businesses. The Levels of Ideas were explained in the session. The importance of Food technology relating ideas and unit metrics were elaborated. The students interacted with the expert effectively.
