The Department of Management Studies, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) signed MoU with Dr Tiru’s Clinic’les Pvt Ltd, Salem and organized a guest lecture titled “CORPORATE EXPECTATIONS AND STUDENTS SKILLS – GAP ANALYSIS FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT” on 2nd May 2023 from 2.30 p.m to 4.00 p.m in Cute Hall, Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal.
The event started with the prayer song by choir group and the master of ceremony was done by Ms. R. Pooja of first year MBA. Ms. V. Harini of first year MBA warmly welcomed the gathering. The presidential address was delivered by Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal of Paavai Engineering College by quoting the qualities required by the youth to fulfill the corporate expectation. The Introductory of the MoU was given by Mr.R.Bharath, Assistant Professor/MECH, Paavai Engineering College. The Memorandum of understanding (MoU) was successfully signed between Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal and Dr Tiru’s Clinic’les Pvt Ltd, Salem.
Dr. V. Paramasivam, Professor and Head/MBA, Paavai Engineering College felicitated the gathering by his motivational speech about the Human Resource relationship Management skills along the students. Ms. S. Shravya Lakshmi of first year MBA gave guest introduction about Dr. A. Sathyapriya,
Associate Director, Dr Tiru’s Clinic’les Pvt Ltd, Salem who took over the session.
She begun the session with a quote “Success gives Stories but Failure gives Lesson” by Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam. Utilizing Knowledge, Skill and Talent are the key factor for a leader to manage the human resource in the corporate world. She pinned many skills that are expected by the Corporate’s and most important skill required for the young minds to tackle the situation is Emotional Intelligence. Participants are energized with her words and many business quiz was conducted by the guest speaker.
Mr. M.Suryakumar of first year MBA thanked the guest speaker, faculty members and the participants by delivering the vote of thanks.
