The Management studies department (MBA) of Paavai engineering college (Autonomous) organized a webinar titled “Professional Networking” on 9th October 2021 through Microsoft teams. The participants for this program were the MBA&MCA students.
This webinar was anchored by Ms.Infantavino (2nd MBA student) & Mr.A.Rajkumar (2nd MBA student) welcomed the gathering. Ms.M.Indhumalini (2nd MBA student) introduced the guest speaker Ms.R.Vidhubala, TEFL Trainer.
The guest in her keynote address explained the need & importance of networking for professional development. Ms.R.Vidhubala in her speech emphasized that the students should build relationships with various professionals both in their own career field & in other related fields too. Many examples were quoted by the guest for professional networking as- LinkedIn, telegram, alumni network, through attending intercollegiate programs like- conferences, symposiums, expo’s, competitions, etc.
Finally Ms.M.Meena (2ndMBAstudent) proposed the vote of thanks. This webinar was convened by Dr.S.Sumathi HOD/MBA & Coordinated by Mr.L.Thiyagarajan AP/MBA, with the support of other staff members. The MBA students Mr.A.Rajkumar & Ms.M.Indhumalini were the coordinator for this program.
