The Department of Physics, Paavai Engineering College organized a one day Student webinar on “Role of Nanotechnology in IoNT Applications” on 14th Dec, 2023. The webinar Programme was organized by Professor & Head of the Department Mrs. S. Kavitha and coordinated by Dr.T. Krishnakumar, and Dr. N. Hariprakash along with faculty members. Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College delivered his Presidential Address on the occasion. Prof..Mr.S.Dinakaran, Science and Humanities, introduced the Chief Guest Dr. A. Karthigeyan/Professor and Head of the Department of Physics and Nanotechnology SRM Institute of Science and Technology and Mr.M.P.Pugalarasan First year CSE, Paavai Engineering College welcomed the gathering. After that, the floor was handed over to the chief guest. He shared his knowledge of nanotechnology in the internet of things and explained briefly about different applications of nanotechnology in daily life and then how it is going to be use future. He also extended his speech on nanomaterials and their structure. The session was very informative and interesting. Then the floor was opened to the participants for interactions. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. N. Narmadha from first Year/CSE. Thanks to our Management, Director-Admin, Principal and Staff members for their support and for making the event a very successful one.
