The Electronics club of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with Institution’s Innovation Council and Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers – IETE has organized a Project Expo – “TECHNOVA 23” on 20.02.2023. It was aimed to bring innovative ideas from the students and to help them to develop their ideas into working prototype models. Welcome address was given by S.Rohit III-ECE. Dr.Prabhu, Prof/Head of the Department/ECE, Paavai College of Engineering was the Judge.
The major objective of organizing this exhibition was to provide the platform and unleash the potential of the students by showcasing their innovative projects developed either focusing industry defined problems or user defined problems and provide an opportunity for the students to demonstrate their learning experience. In this event, the practical difficulties in the ideas of the students were identified and they were given knowledge about the failures that may arise when they are implemented for real-time applications. The students exhibited projects covering different areas of electronics.
Around 26 batches of students from third and second year ECE participated in the Project Expo event. The session ended with a Vote of Thanks by P.Naveen II-ECE.
