The talent quest for India of Paavai Engineering College had organized an awareness programme on ” Health and Hygienic ” by celebrating world health day on 07th April 2022 at 10.00 a.m. in Government Higher Secondary Schools in Mallur and Nallipalayam.
Introduction about world health day was explained by J.Kishore final year Pharmaceutical. A detailed explanation about NMMS scholarship exams was given by Suganthi from the final year EEE. A fun game was conducted for the activeness of the children by C.Pravesh final year CSE. The children introduced themselves & team members’ introduction went with a fun-filled session.
To create the awareness for the world health day & the hygiene the society the children raised some questions about health day and what are the preventions for good health. They answered very well that handwashing is the basic thing for good health. The handwashing technique is practically demonstrated by T.Kaviyarasu & K.Ramaswamy from III year Mechanical and students had washed their hands as per the instruction given by our volunteers.
Awareness about the summer and winter season was explained by the children were given by BAtchaya from II year CSE, T.Dhivakaran from III years ECE and P.Thangam from II years Agri. Beatboxing was done by T.Dhivakaran the children were very much loved and excited to do that. Yoga mudras were performed by yoga students Selvarani and Narmadha.
Finally, chocolates were distributed to school students. 30 TQI volunteers and around 120 students have participated in the awareness programme. As per the feedback received from the students, it was a joyful learning experience for them.
