The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering had organized an online Webinar on “ENGINEERS IMPACT IN DIGITAL INDUSTRIES” on 31th July 2021 at 03.00p.m. in Microsoft Teams. Mr.M.Parthiban, Technical Product Manager, Caliber Embedded Pvt. Ltd, Salem was the guest speaker. Welcome address was given by Ms.Sheela Jenifer from third year ECE and Ms.DevaDharshini from third year ECE introduced the Chief guest.
In his talk, he explained about basics of Digital electronics. He explained the concepts of diodes, rectifiers and switch. He also explained the serial and parallel connections in digital electronics. He also elucidated the practical applications of all major electronic components and devices. In-addition he mentioned the role of engineers in digital industries along with the technicalities and difficulties. He also briefed about engineers impact in digital industries.
He also explained about the basics of Embedded System, Raspberry, Orange and Mango Pi. He clarified the queries posted by the students at the end of the session. Finally the vote of thanks was given by Ms.M.Jeevitha, from third year ECE.As per the feedback received from the students, they said it was very good learning experience.
