The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Paavai Engineering College organized a guest lecture titled “Industrial Expectation vs Student Expectation” on 21.07.2018 in Cute Hall. Dr.M.Prem Kumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College, presided over the function. In his address, he stated that the title itself gives a clear picture of what outcome is estimated from the program. Certain areas in the syllabus won’t fulfill this perspective, so experts and eminent personalities from industries and colleges are invited to achieve this target. Dr.R.Arangasamy, Head of the Department, Paavai Engineering College, was present. Mr.Thamarai Selva Prakasham, Technical Specialist, Tech Mahindra (I) Pvt. Ltd, Qatar, was the Guest Speaker. The Guest Speaker delivered his presentation on “Industrial Expectation vs Student Expectation” and insisted that the objective of any subject is Placement and Career development. He gave an elaborate explanation about the fields in which a fresher can gain knowledge and exercise his/her skills. Mr.R.Mukeshkumar, Final Year B.E (ECE), PEC, gave the welcomed address, Ms.E.Rajalakshmi, Final Year B.E (ECE), PEC, introduced the Chief Guest and Ms.S.Shobana, Final Year B.E (ECE), PEC, delivered the vote of thanks.
